  • Attempt to access another user’s account.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication information.

If you believe that someone has obtained unauthorized access to your account, you should contact Finagrow promptly.

Finagrow will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information, OTP, device, or other authentication credentials.

5. Financial Information

Finagrow allows users to enter financial information such as:

  • Income
  • Expenses
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Assets
  • Loans
  • Liabilities
  • Financial goals
  • Budget information
  • Other financial planning information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and complete.

Finagrow’s calculations, summaries, reports, and recommendations may depend on the information supplied by you. Incorrect or incomplete information may therefore result in inaccurate results.

6. Financial Planning Disclaimer

Finagrow provides digital financial planning and organizational tools.

A payment attempt, pending transaction, failed transaction, cancelled transaction, or incomplete transaction does not automatically entitle you to access a paid service.

Where technically applicable, Finagrow may verify the payment status with the payment gateway before unlocking the relevant service.
